Trenecsia takes an integrative supervision approach, recognizing the need to be a consultant, therapist, teacher and also incorporate tenets of the integrative developmental model of supervision. She also takes a social justice approach to supervision recognizing the implications for cultural competence and helping beginning therapist to explore there professional identity with critical consciousness.
